Bob Hope Road Show
Join us for a fun-filled journey back to the golden days of Radio as we travel to Rancho Cucamonga for a matinee of The Bob Hope Road Show. This 90-minute recreation of a 1940's radio program stars Lynn Roberts as Bob and Bob's guest celebrities Jack Benny, W.C. Fields, Benny Goodman, Red Skelton and Jimmy Durante. Adding to the fun, the show's on-stage announcer, Chuck Carson, reads commercials of the era (Johnson's Wax, Carter's Little Liver Pills) introducing recorded commercial memories (Pepsi Cola, Brill Cream) and interacting with Bob and his guests. Prior to the show, enjoy lunch on your own at the unique Victoria Gardens complex, and visit the Bass Pro Outdoor World, known for bringing the outdoors indoors. The atmosphere and decor of this 180,000 square-foot store makes it a destination experience in itself. Then, take your reserved orchestra seating at the Lewis Family Playhouse for an afternoon of fun and laughter with Bob Hope!

Young Frankenstein Musical with Lunch at Five Crowns
The classic Mel Brooks movie is ALIVE...and it’s headed to Orange County! You’ll have a monstrously good time at this spectacular new production, winner of the 2008 Outer Critics Circle Award and the Broadway.com Audience Award for Best Musical! Don’t miss the sensational cast delivering all your favorite moments from the classic film, plus brand-new show-stopping numbers for the stage, including “Transylvania Mania,” “He Vas My Boyfriend” and “Puttin’ on the Ritz.” This wickedly inspired re-imagining of the Frankenstein legend follows bright young Dr. Frankenstein as he attempts to create a monster— but not without scary and hilarious complications. The brains behind the laughter is mad genius and three-time Tony winner Mel Brooks himself—who wrote the music and lyrics and co-wrote the book—along with his record-breaking team from The Producers. Your deluxe excursion includes a gourmet luncheon at the elegant Five Crowns restaurant and reserved front orchestra seating for the matinee show at the beautiful Orange County Performing Arts Center in Costa Mesa.
